From Italy:
the road runs on the S.S. n°21 road from the Hill of the Maddalena passing for Cuneo, Demonte, Vinadio, up to the village of Pianche; here it diverts to the left for the Frazione Bagni di Vinadio. From the Thermal Baths it continues to the right for an asphalted road beyond the Village of Besmorello at the entrance of the Valley of Ischiator. It then continues on asphalted road (around 1km.) and then dirt road (last 600/700mt.) up to reach a bridge of stone said Ponte del Medico (1544 mt. 1°parking). It is still possible to continue for two bends , always in dirt road to the chain (2° parking). The path begins here..

From France:
From the North: reach the hill of Larche and then go down along the S.S. n°21 road from the Hill of the Maddalena up to the village of Pianche where the road joins the other itinerary.
From South reach Borgo St. Dalmazzo passing for the Hill of Tenda where the road joins the other itinerary.

From the parking place to the Hut
From the chain, continue on the dirt road that after 25/30 minutes brings you in front of a beautiful fall (small path that in few minutes brings us under the fall). Always continuing on the road you can reach an ample plane, from where one can already glimpse at the end of the plain, the Shelter Migliorero, on a small rocky spur. Crossed the bridge, in proximity of the shepherd cabin, one should take the path on the right that goes along the stream and in about 35/40 minutes the shelter is reached. Elevation difference: 460m. - Time of march: 1 hour and 45 minutes / 2 hours - Difficulty: E
